Our UPS part-time jobs come backed by Teamsters union representation, meaning the wages, benefits, and working conditions you experience here are contractually protected — not subject to the whims of any single manager or market cycle.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"I have worked several part-time warehouse jobs over the years and UPS is not even close — the union contract makes it incomparable. My sort shift runs from 11 PM to 3 AM, I drive to work with zero traffic, and the overnight differential puts my hourly rate well above anything else in this market for a part-time position. I have been here two years and I am now training to move into a full-time driver role." - Current Part-Time Warehouse Sorter, Sacramento, CA.
